How do I apply for financing?
Your contractor sends you a secure link by text when they quote the job. The application takes about two minutes from your own device, and you see your four-payment plan before you commit.
How much does it cost?
Nothing beyond your quote. SuprFi plans are 0% interest with no origination fees and no prepayment penalties. Your quote is simply split into four equal payments.
What are the requirements?
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and have a valid bank account. We'll verify your identity and income during the application.
Will checking my options affect my credit?
No. We use a soft credit check to show you options, which does not affect your credit score.
How do I make a payment?
Log in to your SuprFi account to see your schedule, make a payment, or pay off your plan early at no extra cost. Make a payment
What happens if I miss a payment?
There are no late fees from us, and a missed payment never adds interest; your plan stays at 0%. If a payment fails, your own bank may charge you for the returned transaction, which isn't something we control. If you think you'll be short, please reach out to support@suprfi.com before the due date and we'll work with you to help. Missed payments may also negatively impact your credit score.
What if I'm not approved?
We'll tell you why, plainly. Being declined never affects the quote your contractor gave you; you can still pay any way you normally would.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
For most jobs, we don't pay your contractor until you confirm the work is complete, so if something's wrong, don't confirm. Either way, contact us at support@suprfi.com and we'll help you sort it out with your contractor.
Is my bank information safe?
We connect to your bank through Plaid with read-only access. Your login credentials go directly to Plaid; we never see or store them, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How do I get paid?
We pay you directly as soon as the job funds, at completion for most jobs. You never carry the balance or chase payments yourself.
How do my customers apply?
You send a secure link by text or QR code from your phone or portal. Your customer applies on their own device and sees their plan immediately.
Where do I manage my account?
